It boasts the best in class load capacity at a staggering 4,090kg with a load bed that is perfectly capable of carrying a standard Euro pallet. The L200 also has a towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes and comes with a trailer stability assist system as standard to make towing in this truck even easier and safer.
The state-of-the-art Super Select 4WD (Four Wheel Drive) system provides the L200 with complete control in any environment. It remains the only pick-up truck that can drive in 2WD or 4WD on any terrain - including tarmac. Selecting 4WD on regular roads is a major advantage while towing; having all four wheels driven provides superior stability and safety, especially if road conditions deteriorate during the journey.
There's only one engine option with the L200 pick-up truck which is the 2.4-litre four cylinder diesel. However, you do have a choice between the six-speed manual gearbox or five-speed automatic. As expected, the manual does produce greater fuel efficiency with the L200 capable of over 650 miles on a single tank of fuel.
